This webinar will first summarize the CMOM Plan rulemaking history and IEPA’s current regulatory approach toward CMOM Plan preparation. Next it will summarize IEPA’s CMOM special condition language and expectations. The webinar will then present how a CMOM can be built by using references to completed CMOM plans.
