Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network (WARN) is a nationwide model for water and wastewater utilities to provide mutual aid and emergency assistance to each other.

 

Learn how to become a part of your state’s network (ILWARN) and hear about how WARN’s across the country are helping utilities respond and recover from all types of emergencies

 

Presenters:

Sandy Smith, Water Production Superintendent, Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant, DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management. He currently serves as the Water Production Superintendent for the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management in Doraville, GA since October of 2013. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant (250MGD) which provide safe clean drinking water to a population of 800,000 people and surrounding inter-governmental connections.
